Pilot terms of use

Service and operator

Sarathi provides execution intelligence for CEOs and their authorised teams. It is provided by KatalAiser, a division of Careerconnects. These pilot terms describe intended use and important limitations; they are not a certification or a substitute for a separately agreed service or data-processing contract.

Authorised use and submitted information

Use only workspaces and sources you are authorised to access. Before submitting documents, conversations or personal information, confirm your right to share and process them for this purpose, including any required notices or permissions. Do not upload passwords, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Connecting an account authorises the provider permissions shown on its consent screen. It does not establish that every item available through that account is appropriate to import. Do not bypass access controls, impersonate another person or use the service unlawfully.

AI output and human decisions

AI answers, findings and recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Readiness measures and planning scenarios are not guarantees of success. Missing evidence is not proof of business failure, and a proposed action is not proof that it has worked.

Check important claims against original sources and validate assumptions before acting. Decisions remain with you and your organisation. Sarathi is not a substitute for qualified legal, financial, employment or regulatory advice, and its output should not be the sole basis for decisions affecting individuals.

Data processing and confidentiality

Submitted information is processed through the application and its providers as described in the Privacy notice. Relevant content may be sent to AI services and shared within your authorised workspace. Confirm any contractual confidentiality, residency or processing requirements before submitting restricted information.

Do not assume the pilot is an archival backup. Keep your original business records. Contact support to discuss removal of workspace content or connector credentials; revoking provider access alone does not remove imported copies.

Pilot availability and support

Features may change during the pilot, and interruptions or errors can occur. No uptime, support-response or recovery deadline is stated in these pilot terms. Report problems to hello@katalaiser.com; do not include passwords, magic links or confidential source documents in an initial support email.

Review before wider rollout

These pilot terms are pending legal review. Commercial commitments, applicable legal terms and any specific data-processing arrangements should be confirmed with Careerconnects before broader organisational use. No claim of DPDP compliance or ISO 27001 certification is made here.
